As the research content grows, UX researchers often find that the number of tags needed to make sense of the data also grows and overtime the number of tag categories might become a bit cumbersome to work through.
Introducing Tag Boards! Researchers on UserBit can now leverage tag boards to better organize their tags within a project. For example you can create a board for all your user segment tags, or a board for all the pain points, etc.
Creating a Tag Board
To create a tag board, simply click on the Select Board dropdown and select 'Manage board' option. On the resulting page, you can manage your existing boards or create a new one.
Adding Tag Categories to Tag Boards
Once a tag board is created, you can add any number of tag categories to it. When a board is chosen from the dropdown menu, you'll only see the categories added to that tag board which makes it much easier to work with tags that belong to the same category.
Filtering Analytics by Tag Boards
Tag boards also allow you to easily filter your analytics by relevant tags. For example, if you have a board of all your feature request tags, you can isolate and view charts just for them on the analytics dashboard.
Tag boards provide you with another level of organization when it comes to text analysis. Try it out on UserBit today!
